Disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with the Asian Hospital appointment app. I tried booking an appointment twice, and both times the payment was deducted but the appointment failed, with the app showing a “500 Server Error.”
It is extremely frustrating to lose money during a hospital appointment booking and then have to worry about whether the payment will be refunded or the appointment is actually confirmed. The app needs to have much better payment handling and reliability. Please fix these recurring server and payment issues.

Buggy App
App is very buggy. There is an error with black screen on adding a new patient. There is also an error on completion on an appointment booking on IOS

I had taken appointment through app, easily navigated to billing. When i reached hospital it was easy to contact doctor without queue
