No American Express Card Acepted
This is one of the worst web ticketing system I have ever used. No wonder the company is merging with Korean Air. I hope it will improve soon. Good luck!

옛날에는 인터넷상에서 특정 카드가 이유 없이 결재가 안되고 했었는데 그런게 없어진거 같고 특히 가족 동반 선택창이 있고 좌석 구매, 수하물 구매 창이 있어서 편했습니다. 제가 정확히는 모르지만 좀더 서비스를 확대 한다면 마일리지 적립에 대한 페이지가 있으면 관리가 편할것 같습니다. 대한 항공과 합병은 되었지만 아시아나만의 독창적인 컨셉으로 무궁한 발전을 기원합니다 …

Worst airlines app ever
This app is awful, I was charged and never issued a ticket
The App is Awful
This has to be the worst airline app on the planet. I’m used to USA airlines and their apps, which are typically pretty terrible. Somehow the Asiana app is slower, less functional, and flat out does not work about 85% of the time. It’s impossible to pull up your flight, it won’t let you check in, and most of the buttons on the app are not functional.
I thought airlines from the United States had awful apps, but this takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever used.
Tried customer support as well and it was just as useless as the app.
You’re better off not downloading it, and just getting your confirmation code from your booking email. Bring your code to the airport and use it to check in, skip the app.

How to use accumulated mileage
In the Asiana app they don’t tell you how to use your mileage, they need to add this in the app.
Web App - Not a Great Experience
Difficult to use app relies almost 100% on Web pages instead of native iOS user interface.

Boxes do not fall easily and to enter phone number the system does not recognize area codes. Additionally there are no place to add one’s non-Asiana frequent flier program

Don’t try it, stick with a company that has systems that work. It took me hours to try to get tickets and get this app to work and the log in screen on the app is completely unresponsive. This companies online and application interfaces simply don’t work with Apple products. Recommend going with someone else

30 years with Asiana and website has only gotten worse!
I spent an hour trying to complete my ticket purchase due to your website issues and payment app downloads, etc.
After 5 failed tries, I used your app to complete my purchase.
Ridiculous and shameful.
My 30 year flight history will soon be coming to an end. I can only pray my experience with Korean Air will be better.

마일리지 항공권 결제 오류
안녕하세요. 금일 마일리지 항공권 결제 시 발생했던 오류 부분 아래와 같이 전달 드립니다.
앱을 통해 마일리지 항공권 결제 시 신용카드로 결제 하려고 시도하였으나 4~5회 정도 시도하여 겨우 결제완료 했습니다. 결제단계 전에서 결제버튼 클릭되지 않는 부분, 결제단계로 이동되지않아 뒤로가기 버튼을 클릭 시 여정검색 초기화 뿐 아니라 로그아웃 되는 오류, 결제단계 진입 후 국내발급 신용카드로 선택하여 카드사 페이지에서 정상진행 하였음에도 결제 실패가 되었습니다. 금일 발생 오류 부분 등을 점검하셔서 정상 구현 될 수 있도록 빠른 조치 요청드립니다. 감사합니다.

Purchasing tickets was very difficult. Nothing was intuitive, many items required attempting 4 or 5 times to figure out what your app wanted.
