This is one of the worst web ticketing system I have ever used. No wonder the company is merging with Korean Air. I hope it will improve soon. Good luck!

パスポート読み取り
必要事項の記入にパスポートをカメラで読み込みの機能がありますが、iPhone14proではピントが合わず読み取りできませんでした。本体側で何か設定する必要があるのでしょうか。

This app is awful, I was charged and never issued a ticket
The App is Awful
This has to be the worst airline app on the planet. I’m used to USA airlines and their apps, which are typically pretty terrible. Somehow the Asiana app is slower, less functional, and flat out does not work about 85% of the time. It’s impossible to pull up your flight, it won’t let you check in, and most of the buttons on the app are not functional.
I thought airlines from the United States had awful apps, but this takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever used.
Tried customer support as well and it was just as useless as the app.
You’re better off not downloading it, and just getting your confirmation code from your booking email. Bring your code to the airport and use it to check in, skip the app.

How to use accumulated mileage
In the Asiana app they don’t tell you how to use your mileage, they need to add this in the app.

I could proceed with payment though my credit card information was correct. No reason

Difficult to use app relies almost 100% on Web pages instead of native iOS user interface.

I tried using the browser on my laptop too but had issues, no choice I tried going through mobile app and it was much easier
