Great free version of app. Have not tried the pay app. Only issue is heart rate sync with Apple Watch is intermittent. Otherwise nice app!

I’ve been a Runkeeper customer for 10 years. Recently, upon trying to log back in, I received a JavaScript error “undefined is not an object.” I use the feedback button to contact the app developer, which promised they would reach out to me “right away.” over the course of multiple messages, I received one reply, suggesting I clear the cache, delete and reinstall. I did this multiple times, even changed the browser, and still receive the same error message. I’ve now informed them multiple times that their “fix” didn’t work - no help. I am still able to log onto the desktop version, so this is an app issue. Support from the developer has been really disappointing.
Update: now nearing two weeks that I’ve been unable to use the app.

Pauses even when im still moving
Constant Sync Issues
The sync between Garmin and Runkeeper just stops working all the time with no warning and no way to it fix, other than manually uploading. Fix your integration. This app is useless as it currently is.
Excellent Tracker
This App is amazing! Even without reception it can track your progress except when phone is deadbattery(just link it with your watch prior then everything should be fine!).

Your app changed me from a walker to a runner. Every day I have to change me to a walker. Type of exercise is not listed or is not where I used to fine it. When you’re 80 you don’t like change.

Covers all the bases, easy to use! However, when I go to the subject line to Wright in who I went walking with, and I hit the space button it clears out ie ” Tuesday morning” I would like to be able to add to that and not delete it. How do I do that?
Pauses on runs
I’ve experienced multiple times that I ran a mile only to open Run Keeper and find it was paused the entire time. There needs to be greater friction when pausing the app. It seems that looking at the pause button is enough pressure for the app to decide to pause on the run.
Walking app
Love it !!!! Except for the fact that it doesn’t sometimes log my walk !!!!!🤬have to always check it to make sure it’s still on!!!

Unable to log in
I had to purchase a new phone & installed Runkeeper on the new device. It will not allow me to log into my account. It tries to force me to create a new account. I click “sig in” but it defaults to creating a new account. I’ve had Runkeeper for years. I want to keep my old account & maintain my current activity streak.
