No one is ever in this app to actual so the purpose of this app! I've been in a waiting queue for DAYS! Just don't get this app is now dead and useless until the actual decide to make sure enough people are actually hired.

What a great way to get instant help with home repairs and DIY projects. I connected with Tony from Ask Ken and he was able to talk me through resetting and reprogramming my alarm system. What a time saver! And so convenient! Highly recommend
Perfect timing!
Ask Ken has been a lifesaver for us. We recently moved into a new home right before Social Distancing came into effect. We had to set up internet, had a problem with our dishwasher, shingles missing on our roof, and we were worried about an area in the basement that might have had mold! To be able to stay safe and have access to all of these experts remotely was life saving. Easy, fast and so affordable!
