I redownloaded the app and tried to open it. However, it prompted me to update before I could use it. This was confusing because I had just redownloaded it, so I assumed it was already the latest version. I attempted to update anyway, but there were no updates available. I closed the app and reopened it, the same 'update needed' message is shown. I couldn't find a way to exit the pop-up or access anything within the app. This is very disappointing, especially considering that I have already made an in-app purchase for full usage.

Sorry, something went wrong
It was fine for a while. Suddenly, out of nowhere I've been getting this response with every query. I renewed my membership a couple of days ago and am getting zero benefit in return. It has been well over 24 hours since I reported it and have heard crickets. My email even get acknowledged.
Something went wrong
I like this app and use it to create unique text messages. I am on the 1-year plan. However, I keep getting a reply of “Something went wrong.” anytime I try to ask a question. For five stars, please help!!
The app was working until one day…
It kept responding with the message, “something went wrong” repeatedly. I even deleted and downloaded the app again and the same thing kept happening. I’ll request a refund, if this isn’t fixed in the next week or so.
Hamstrung by OpenAI's content policy
If you're a conservative or want to write anything from a conservative political perspective, or in some cases, even a slightly controversial non-political point of view, skip this app! The app is built on openAI's platform, and as a result it has incredible left-wing or even far-left political bias "baked in"! I asked it to write an essay on elections from a conservative point of view and it returned an error! I asked it to write a poem praising the former president and it returned another error with some nonsense about "hate speech!" Open debate and discussion are essential to an informed democracy, so openAI's blatantly discriminatory policies are frankly anti-American. If this app provided a true alternative to the other AI apps out there, it might be worth the monthly fee, but $4 a week is a lot to pay for the same bias you can get elsewhere.
