Audio is not working need a fix or my money back .

I'm sorry about your experience. Some people find that the sound doesn't work if the audio button on the left side of their phone is not turned on and the volume up. We are working to override this in a near future version. Some people also find that the text is white against a white background. In all cases it is because their phone screen is set to night mode. Again, we are working to override this if possible in a near futre version.

Lamentamos pela sua experiência. Algumas pessoas percebem que o som não funciona se o botão de áudio na lateral esquerda do aparelho não estiver ativado e o volume, alto. Estamos trabalhando para contornar isso em uma versão futura. Alguns usuários também notam que o texto aparece em branco sobre um fundo branco; em todos esses casos, isso ocorre porque a tela do aparelho está configurada para o modo noturno. Reiteramos que estamos trabalhando para resolver essa questão, se possível, em uma versão futura.
Precisa Atualizar
Amo o app, mas está muito difícil de utilizar. O fundo se mistura com os textos impossibilitando a leitura e o áudio não funciona, não sai nenhum som da frequência.
Don’t buy just go online
I love this concept & find it so helpful but unfortunately the app is unusable, you can’t read anything because it’s white text over a light grey background. Hope they fix this 🥺
It gets stuck
It keeps getting stuck so I can't use it .

O aplicativo não tem atualização faz tempo e está travando. Agora nem os números que escolho ele reconhece, ou seja não funciona.

Não sai o áudio
Ótimo aplicativo, certeiro com as orientações porém há um tempo não funciona o áudio. Você executa o play porém não sai som. A última atualização foi há 10 meses. Para um trabalho completo como o proposto, é necessário atualizar e corrigir esse bug. Aguardando melhorias.
Não está tocando os códigos
Não sei o que está acontecendo mas faz meses que não consigo ouvir os códigos. Vai até o final, sempre certeiro mas na hora de tocar a cura, não toca.
Simple yet profound
This is wonderful but the text is all white on a white white background and so yu can’t read the text. I find this very amazing to be an app it helps to train your right brain feel into things and it is beautiful with its fining sounds and affirmations. A very intuitive enhancing accurate app I love it.

Não acho em nenhum local do app para atualizar ele nem no meu celular, pra mim as letras estão em branco e não consigo ler e mto menos atualizar o app. Mandei mensagem p o suporte, até ajudaram, mas mesmo assim não achei em local algum p atualizar a versão. Pelo q vi a q eu comprei já e a mais atualizada, mas pra mim não está atualizada.

Amazing!
This app has surprised me each time I've used it. I've only ever used it when I've felt deeply affected by a particular situation. It asks for no clues, just one word after which you pick only numbers. On my last use my word was 'sadness' which in truth could relate to any number of situations causing it. The end result pointed out 'isolation' which was bang on to my situation as I am house bound due to the health issues. I'm just sharing how uncanny this app is. I don't know how it works yet for me it does just that!
