ASKA AI is for the person who knows exactly what they want to see, and cannot find it anywhere in Odoo. You say it in plain English. "My quotes waiting for signature for more than ten days." The agent queries your Odoo and hands back the list, with a search bar, filters, sorting, and a detail view per row. Not a paragraph of text: a screen you work on. Pin it, and you find it up to date on the next launch. Depending on the question, the agent builds a list, a contact record, a form, a chart, a history or a table of figures. It does not pick at random: for a form, it reads the real fields of the Odoo model concerned and keeps the ones that matter. IT WRITES TOO Dictate a lead between two meetings, generate a quote, schedule a follow-up, start a timesheet. The agent shows what it is about to save and waits for your confirmation. It never deletes anything. Photograph a supplier invoice or a business card and it reads the content and proposes the record. IT ADAPTS TO YOUR ODOO On sign-in, the app detects the modules installed on your instance and enables only what makes sense for you. Community or Enterprise, hosted at Odoo or on your own server: nothing to install on the ERP side, nothing to configure. It respects the rights of your Odoo account. You see what your profile allows you to see, and nothing more. WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING ASKA AI needs an internet connection. It is the only ASKA app that does not work offline, and that is the trade-off for what it does. Your business data travels between your phone, your Odoo and Google Gemini, which produces the answer. No ASKA server sits on that path and we do not store your data. Your Odoo credentials stay encrypted on the device. A Privacy mode replaces names, e-mails, phone numbers and addresses with tokens before anything is sent to the AI. PRICING The free version gives read access, with a number of questions per day. The Pro subscription opens unlimited use, writing into Odoo, dictated forms and reading photographed documents. REQUIREMENTS An Odoo instance reachable from the internet and a user account on that instance. ASKA AI is published by ASKA Consulting, an Odoo integrator in Belgium. SUBSCRIPTION ASKA AI Pro, EUR 19 per month, auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
