Фіктивний прийом у лікаря якому нічим не можуть заподіяти

Мені було створено фіктивний прийом у лікаря без мого відому. Написала в підтримку, а вони невзмозі вирішити це питання. Застосунок зараз не працює, тому не можу самостійно навіть відмінити цей прийом. На моє питання чи можу я відкликати згоду на обробку персональних даних відсахнулись, сказавши що тільки лікар який працює в аскеп в змозі це зробити (хоча на сайті написано що це можливо зробити якщо звернутися в тех підтримку). На моє питання чи можу я видалити свій профіль в аскеп - відповідь «тільки у разі смерті» - це як??? Я не можу видалити профіль з застосунку через який мені створюється фіктивний прийом у лікаря??? Я нічого не можу з цим зробити!!! Через мене, мої дані зараз відбувається якась махінація, а це ніхто не може зупинити. Якби я знала що подібне станеться, я би ніколи в житті не давала згоду на обробку своїх даних Аскеп!!!!
