Waste of time and money
I contacted ask now and spoke with Oracle Siren Rose after receiving emails from a company called spirtual Society regarding psychic readings from a representative named Mia which I usually get my readings. The email prompted me to call a number ask now and I spoke with Oracle Siren Rose for further assistance. During my conversation, which lasted 18 minutes, I was surprised to discover the high costs associated with their services, including a $13.99 per minute rate. My intention was to take advantage of a $30 promotional offer, but I was unaware that I would need to end the call after five minutes to qualify for that price. I was charged 181 dollars for 18 mintues.
Unfortunately, I feel that the reading did not meet my expectations; the psychic mainly asked questions rather than providing insights and seemed to simply respond to my comments. As a result, I found the experience to be unsatisfactory and not worth the investment.
I have since requested a refund for the $30, which should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, although I understand it may not be possible to recover the additional funds spent.I have also requested the closure of my account, which has now been successfully closed. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Easy to Use
I’m happy with the app and I found the best psychic in the world on this site. She has been through it ALL with me! I’m so grateful I found this app.
Fraud
Please don’t do it. The customer service agents are rude and you spend more time during the reading with the “psychic” breathing and asking questions. If you want to pay to have a general conversation, then by all means. But, if you are looking for a real psychic, you won’t find one here. Scam artists for your money. Reconsider.

Another dissatisfied customer
The same thing that happened to another reviewer happened to me. They do not clarify “tiers”, and even when you get a discount, they trick you into thinking that applies to the advisors you’re connected to. I absolutely do not recommend this app. There’s many other good ones out there.
COMPLETE SCAM
Please listen to me. Its the worst online psychic app ive ever seen. I paid $30 for $30 min and was not told it was only good for certain psychics. Therefore I ended up being charged for $578 for 45 min call. I called customer service he was so rude. His response was I signed up online by myself and didn’t call and ask questions. Who does? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Great App
The App is clean and easy to navigate. There is a wide variety of advisors available at any given time. I like that all of the psychics are throughly screened and tested. I was able to customize my home screen with my Zodiac sign and I get notifications each morning so it is easy to quickly check my horoscope and numbers for the day. I had a very nice first reading and plan to call again.
