Good app but poor loyalty program
Ben coming to Aslin Hendon for a few years now. Credit card was attached to loyalty program and now one has to scan the app in order to receive credit which is absurd in todays loyalty programs. It’s as if Askin dies not want you to be a loyal customer. I do. It know if a single other restaurant app that enjoyed this strategy. Poor management as sometimes customers forget to scan as they are drinking alcohol. I know I have spent a lot of money here and missed the scan and won’t ever get the credit. Why don’t you just get rid of loyalty program.
