Aspect Housing

Aspect Housing is the official app for tenants and staff of Aspect Housing. When you open the app, choose how you want to sign in — as a tenant or as a staff member — and you'll get the tools relevant to your role. Tenants can: • Report maintenance issues and track their status • Raise and follow up on complaints • View and pay service charges • Upload supporting documents and proof of benefits Staff can: • Manage tenants and view tenant lists • Sign up new tenants and process tenant sign-outs • Log and resolve maintenance requests • Manage complaints and service charges • Record daily contact notes and support sessions • Check in at a property by tapping its NFC tag An account provided by Aspect Housing is required to use this app. Tenants sign in with their National Insurance number and date of birth; staff sign in with the username and password issued by their administrator.
