One Location
I guess this app is only for the Stillwater location. I downloaded the app expecting to use it for the Edmond and OKC shops, but the location is perpetually set to Stillwater, with no way to change it.
Name issue
I go by my middle name and set up user name in profile as that name. That’s the name that employees know me by. Apparently the credit card info overrides that input, as my first name is what is showing up on the register/order and on my cup and they don’t know it’s me. First world problem, I know, but it would be nice to use the name I put in the app as my name on the transaction.
Love the app and will continue to use. Punch card feature would be cool in the future, too.

Needs work
It's nice to be able to mobile order but you can only mobile order from one location. It would be much better if I could get my punch card on the app too.

Hi Melly.74, thanks for trying out the app. Great comment on getting the digital rewards stars connected to the app. We are working with Square to get this function included in the API again soon. Being a group of independently owned shops it does create some disconnect for our customers at times. Glad the mobile ordering worked as expected. Let us know if you see any improvements we might consider in making the process of ordering more simple.
