Good concept but very ineffective.

I actually tried out Aspen RxHealth for about 4 weeks after learning about the concept. You basically call up patients you selected from a list of opportunity pools. What turned me off is the very low response of patients. You waste so much time calling many patients but more than 95% of the call all you get is voicemails and answering machines. Many people see you as a telemarketer and won’t pick up the calls. I recommend you find a real professional job and don’t waste your time on this concept that looks good on paper but very ineffective!

No jobs available

No calls available to do ….

Stay away

I would avoid this “job” if you have any expectation of making money. Essentially, you pay Aspen $75 to skip the interview process. In the same token, you are paying for your own training (i.e., you are an independent contractor and thus, the training is on your “dime”). Most people hang up on you, and I don’t blame them (you are a strange person calling them and asking for personal information). You don’t get paid for your wasted time - only for the completed CMRs or targeted med reviews. Do you know how much you get paid if you spend over an hour on a CMR and make one documentation error? … zero! If you keep track of the hours you work vs the amount you get paid, it turns out that selling hot dogs at the street corner is a better paying job. Go elsewhere!!

Great opportunity to work from home

This remote job gives pharmacists a great opportunity to work from home. It is relatively new so hiccups are bound to happen. I love growing with the company. You get what you put in the company. Good luck

Medication images

There should be color images of medications for easier identification between patient and pharmacist since many pts get confused with the names

New life

This app has given me a new life. I quit my job and I love making calls while being home and having the flexibility a regular job couldn't give me, I’m living my best life.

Usable, but frustrating.

Pros:
- simple and easy to follow workflow

Cons:
-Can’t filter or sort patients by time zones or in any other useful way
-Can’t reschedule patients once the call has stopped
- When you reschedule a patient and press confirm, the call is immediately disconnected, leading you to hang up on them if you don’t know this ahead of time
- The dialer assist often malfunctions and doesn’t load the script or call options once ringing, so if a patient doesn’t have voicemail, the call will ring forever unless you stop the assist and then reselect patients then restart it.
- It’s hard or impossible to find some supplements/vitamin products that patients are taking, and you can’t enter product names manually (have to select from list)
- can’t copy and paste in many fields
- pop ups in app (e.g. end consultation confirmation), also keyboard when typing in patient suggestions box, do a weird thing where they disappear if you move your phone positionally, took a while to figure out why they kept disappearing.

Sham of a company

Save your $75 this company is a well devised scam that preys on a profession that doesn’t get nearly the amount of respect that they deserve. Use this as a warning, the system is a scam.

The dialerList is broken

Will OFTEN have a patient answer then the app will not start the consultation and HANG UP on them.

Most common when more than 1 consultation was completed and the continue list button was hit….. all that is needed is a start consultation button on the dialerList as calling…..easy

Theft!!!

They just want to get 75$ from you!
I have been calling pt for 4 hours. You won’t get any answers! Do not waste your money!
Go look for real job not fake one!

Great for newbies and seasoned Pharm

Very good for practice. Also if you don’t have any experience you can gain valuable experience that you can put on your resume.

Would love to see more

Limited utility. Need to be able to sort medications, patients, patient states etc to make the app more user friendly. Too much time is wasted scrolling and could save the pharmacist's time. It has been brought up along with many other suggestions.

Great App and Professional Support

I started using the app in May and I have not had any problems with connecting to patients. It’s easy to use and a great way to build on your clinical skills.

Great app and easy to navigate

One area of improvement will be to increase the character count in the consultation summary or “optional comments” section. This limits the info to leave for the patient concerning issues there were not resolved or adequately addressed in the medication problem section.

Horrible App

App is very glitchy!! The “Reserve” button is not working. I sent 5 emails to IT support. No response!! Finally I receive one email after 2 weeks from random staff saying that “it’s a known issue that they are working on”?!!!! It’s been 2 weeks and my app is still not working. I schedule a meeting with a support staff online and he was a no show!!!!!! I am super frustrated! This is a scam!!

Great app

It’s a well designed app for pharmacists to be paid for services and making an impact on patients

Good but still room for improvement

Visual appealing. Easy to use. However when it comes to documenting (which is a huge portion of a CMR), there could be areas to make it easier.
1. Using quick shortcuts like 1qd to type out the SIG
2. At the end of the CMR, where there is a box for additional comments, I’ve tried to use speech to text. After it types out what I dictated, the app doesn’t save the text when I tap out of the field.
3. There have been many doctors that don’t appear in the database when I search for them. Not sure why that is.

All in all, I appreciate AspenRxhealth coming out with this app for pharmacists to be paid individually. I look forward to this app to be released for Androids.

Does not work

Every time I tap on a section it just takes forever to load and then I get a message that says that the request timed out. When I finally get to the section where I can make a call, the call just never goes through and it uses up all my allowed call attempts. I want to make this work so bad but it needs a lot of IT support to be usable.
