This app is user friendly and makes it easy to find help right in your area for any need. Both customers and contractors can use this app to connect which makes it convenient when looking for something specific. Response time is quick and professional.

Pros: - The app itself is really easy to set up and navigate - The small tutorial/ instructions were straightforward and simple to understand Cons: - The limitation of not being able to change the profile picture. - Automatically got a misleading rating of 4.5 stars - Sensitive information like the phone number should not really be displayed under my profile. This is a huge turn-off for people who would like their privacy. - The word " Become" before contractor/ buyer could be a little misleading after setting up each profile. Changing the word to "Buyer profile" or "Contractor Profile" could be more simple. On the buyer side: I was able to submit a job request but could find where it went, who was able to see it, or the end result of my post On the contractor side: couldn't see an open market for different types of jobs, instead, it indicated to me that I had to personally be selected by a potential customer and given a request. Both of these points contradict themselves.
