No Face ID
Not being able to long in with Face ID You s painful. Also logging in multiple times a day to update jobs and notes can be a hassle. Especially when you have several pics and notes to upload and it times out. After iOS update the app force closes when trying to use the image feature.

Really slow loading times
I’m required to use this to log hours and such at work but it takes me 3-15+ mins to do so and it should take more than 5 minutes at most. It’s been like this on multiple Devices both new and older ones.
Good features, terrible UX
Lack of face and Touch ID is painful, especially as the app logs itself out every 5 minutes. This results in a safety issue as crews often type in their log in credentials while driving.
The app becomes *extremely* slow and unresponsive when cell service is less than perfect, even when other apps still work fine.
Nothing is cached, so the app needs to make data pull requests after *every* button click. This can cost a small to medium sized company thousands of dollars in wasted labor hours!
The feature set is actually very good, but the overall user experience is one of extreme frustration due to these 2 absolutely crippling issues.
