App doesn’t work on modern iOS. Which is hardly surprising, as it hasn’t been updated for five years!!!

I am a customer of Aspire so downloaded app and used for the first time this week
Booked a taxi for a very important transport connection 3 days in advance. Was rung by them this morning 20 mins before pick up
" I see you have booked thru app mate. Sorry but we have no cars in your area"
(I live less than a mile from their main office?!?)
"But I booked 3 days ago what's going on"
"Sorry mate, but we have no cars in the area init"
Obviously the owners are investing heavily in growing a business launching the app etc. Pity their staff are not following the processes and operations to fulfill this!
Aspires customer ethic follows a great Gandhi quote. Sadly they are nowhere near delivering their aims
I have been let down before by Aspire (more than once) but you want to support local businesses and give them another chance
