Quicker to run to the Sports Centre and book
This app is so slow! It takes ages to load up. It used to work fine but now it’s just useless. I have deleted it several times and reloaded it hoping it will solve the problem but no. Wish they work figure out all the bugs as l am missing classes cos of this pointless app!
Shambles
Unable to connect devices. When trying to book anything screen jumps around. 80% of the links don’t work. This is just a few of the many issues with the App. Would be great to get it sorted as it could be a great tool towards your membership. At the moment it’s pushing me to go cancel my membership. Not a good performance for my first experience

Terrible
The most pointless app ever. No information and directs the user to a useless archaic website. It’s 2023 !
Worst app ever
Totally convoluted mess that takes you round in circles. You have to register but then when trying to book anything it takes you to the Council website for which I already have a different set of log in details. App then decided it didn’t recognise my email address. Gave up trying after half hour. Swimming pool never answer phone either.
