Scanning hasn’t worked for months
Camera scanning no longer works (app is updated and has correct permissions). Manually entry of lot is typically not found despite being items that previously qualified.
Bar codes will not scan
Every time I want to scan an item, the app says there was an error. I have not been able to accrue points because of this and have been attempting to log items for days
Great program, horrible app
Scanning doesn’t work anymore. Manual entry of lot numbers also doesn’t work.

Cannot scan using app
When you push the button to scan products, the app crashes immediately. This appears to be a recent problem, this was not an issue several months ago. Please fix asap.
App crashes
I downloaded the app specifically to scan the products my lab has received for the rewards. Every time I try to use the scanner feature, the entire app crashes. If this were fixed I would probably find this app a lot more useful.
Not a great app
The app is good but the button to scan the barcode crashes the app as soon as I tap on it, so can't scan any new products that we've bought.
Does NOT work 90% of the time
Log in doesn’t work, connecting to the server doesn’t work, and points are sometimes not added. A company that sales thousands of dollars a day can’t have a proper point app is sooo disappointing.
Require you to sign in every time you open the app
It’s so frustrating that the app doesn’t save login details.
Not work
The app automatically signing out after login. Tried many times in iphone13 , deleted and reinstalled but didn’t work. Can you fix this?
Can’t even log in
Every time i log in, it is accepted and i see the page for one second before the log in page pops back up. horribly unusable
Need to sign in every time you open the app
It’d be more convenient to use to earn points if we could log in permanently or semi-permanently.
