Useless
App doesn't work. Can't even login. For a financial institution it's embarrassing that they can't afford competent app developers or IT people.
Glitchy
Login rarely works smoothly more than 3 days in a row. Either lags and times out, or won’t initiate login at all. Seems to be in maintenance often, or the maintenance notice shows when maintenance is already completed. Every month or so have to reinstall. Also, security question asked every.single.login. I expect more stability from an investment app in 2025.

Not impressed at all
App crashes, hangs up a lot. You’d think they would invest in getting the app working properly. Poorly designed when compared to other financial institution apps. Embarrassing.
deleting reviews
this app is garbo and the developers delete reviews. don’t bother with the app just use your browser. this app hasn’t worked since october 2024 and made me consider taking my business elsewhere because if they can’t manage an app how can they manage my investments.

Not functional
Having same issues as many other people are reporting. Problems range from annoying (prompting for security questions every every time you login) to completely disfuncional (app freezes with a white screen and you can’t recover unless you reinstall). Add to that that their backend is frequently down for maintenance.

Start From Scratch
One of the worst performing apps on my phone. I need to delete and reinstall this app every month or two, and lately it seems worse.
Session management needs a whole new approach. Just scrap this and start again with a developer who knows what they are doing.

Sign in issues
It’s a Monday evening. I will sign in, the APP seems to be processing my web ID and PW after asking me the security question then it crashes sometimes or it will display my accounts and then crash and take me back to the log in page. A banner at the top says “You’ve been logged out”. Very frustration. I can see why this APP only has a 2.8 rating.
Hard reset on the phone, opened APP, “You’ve been successfully logged off” banner flashed along with a notice of system unavailability from NOVEMBER 2024… it’s January 23rd 2025!!! then the APP white screened on me. Please spend some time to fix these issues!

Freezes constantly
Your app stinks! Freezes constantly.

Votre application est vraiment déficiente. Il faut souvent la supprimer et la recharger pour qu’elle fonctionne. C’est irritant pour vos clients.,
App won’t load
For the last few months the app won’t load. It just opens a blank white screen and nothing else will load, can’t sign in, nothing. I keep waiting for an update but it doesn’t seem like anything is coming. So frustrating
Freezes constantly
App freezes requires uninstall and reinstall to make it work again. Super annoying please fix this.

Les créateurs de l’application ne sont pas donner la peine.c’est bien le minimum que l’on nous présente et seulement si vous êtes capable de vous connecter… aucun graphique intéressant comme la compétition de plus l’application ne supporte pas les iPads.Dommages…!

App just stopped working
It used to work but suddenly a few weeks ago the spinner just spins and spins and the app never loads. Major disappointment.
Sucks !
Constantly crashes or hangs up. Having to re-install to access account. Having said that, even the features pale in comparison to other financial companies. I’m not impressed.
