Legendary heroes lacking T5 weapons and armors
I hope we can get true T5 weapons or armors for some legendary characters still missing them, like Mary Read, Darius, Ishak, etc, even general true T5 would be good. Now that damage mostly comes from weapon and attack stat almost adds nothing to a hero’s damage, this becomes especially important. I’ve played this game for many years and I know this is a long-existing issue but just never gets fixed. Plus I just found some of the the elite accessories are ridiculously hard to craft yet the stats are incredibly poor. Yes I am talking about Nassau Cavaliers, how can it cost twice the amount of gems but stats are only half of Jerboa Greaves?
BTW I came back to play this games because of the Black Flag resynced, but seeing the further nerf of Mary Read is really disappointing.

This game is great but the problem is that even if I’m on WiFi it says that I have to be to play but this only started happening after the last update and I’ve been playing it just fine for years. Please fix this it’s an amazing game

I can’t connect to the server. It’s a great game but needs to be removed from the App Store if Ubisoft won’t pay attention and fix it. It worked somewhat before the update now it won’t connect. I’m guessing that this game will never be fixed.
Great game but…
Gameplay is a bit repetitive. You really have to be an Assassins creed fan or something to constantly enjoy the content. It’s overall a great game. I’m giving it a one star because I literally can’t even start the game without getting this warning of playing offline even though I have strong wifi and data. Might lose all my progress.

Aliens: Colonial Marines remake
A remake of Aliens: Colonial Marines would be a fantastic opportunity for a game whose potential was tragically wasted due to a undercooked really story, graphics, dialogue and AI. And with the Aliens franchise undergoing a resurgence as of late, especially in gaming, a remake of a game like Colonial Marines would be great with all the other remakes coming out considered.

Can’t Play Since Last Update
*EDIT 5/23/2026* - They sort of got my game working, after four months of largely being disrespected and ignored, only for a new error on their end to cause my game to crash repeatedly, with no solution available. Also, support continues to ignore the money they stole from me. PLEASE don’t waste your time and money here.
After the last update, I made an in-game purchase of a new, featured item. This immediately made my game unable to connect to servers, an issue that was also observed and reported by multiple other users.
I immediately reported to support. Initial feedback was somewhat positive, but the most recent responses went from saying they had a fix that’s time-consuming, to they were still exploring what caused the issue. Regardless, I have now been unable to play for 4 weeks, haven’t been offered a refund for my specific purchase or my monthly pass, and won’t be able to use what I bought as it just ended.

Once again into the breach.
Well, this was a great game. I experienced this last year when they did an update it took a month before they corrected the update to where I was able to play it. Once again they’ve done an update two weeks later I’m still unable to play. I’ve contacted both the online developers and the company themselves. and I got the courtesy email telling me that there were the problem and they’re working on it and as I stated two weeks later and I’m still unable to access the game I’ll check back in a month and we’ll see what we stand for those you were able to play it ,enjoy for those who can’t like myself what a waste.
As of Jan 21, 2026, “Customer Support “ email me requesting that I contact them and describe my problem. I have sent emails and messages to their website and links. How many customer service sections are there??! I guess if purchased the game and continue to purchase options instead of playing the free version, might get better service instead of BS (bad service) 🤣
Update: as of May 3, 2026. This company has refused to provide any further assistance. Because i am playing the free version, the company after its Jan 2026 update which is denying its free version playable forcing players to purchase the non free version. I am done. Good luck to all who believe in the tooth fairy because like the tooth fairy, customer service doesn’t exist.
