Only a minor niggle, but otherwise very useful and simple

The only minor issue I have is that with 2 factor authentication, I get logged out then need to obtain a code sent via email - often the app says it doesn't recognise the code (despite being entered correctly) and I have to request a new code. This is frustrating. Otherwise very useful and simple to use with an easy layout

Cannot use as it does not recognise password and unable to change it. Have to use website version. Please fix

Works well

I have used this for a year and it works well with the organisation that I volunteer for. Easy to use and understand.
One tip - you have to reset passwords via the website. One big problem. If the website FAQ’s cannot answer your problem, the is no route to contact someone and request help. Frustrating.
