Love this app but there is problem

So I was playing this app and it is so far the best app ever! One problem is that after making 1 project, ALL the 3D objects are now gone. “There is no item here yet” is what it says so please fix this! I enjoyed this app so I would love for it to be fixed so I can enjoy it again. Thank you

Terrible customer service

After being unable to cancel my subscription, i had to contact customer support to delete my account, claiming it was a “bug” in the system. Nearly a year later, through no action of my own, I get an email that my subscription is going to be renewed. My card gets charged and I tried to contact customer service, but they have done nothing to remedy the situation.

Honestly, download any other app and save yourself the headache.

Sí me gusta mucho entrar a las casas de architecture con el control remoto pero cuando quiero entrar a algún lugar por hay una puerta cerrada y no me deja entrar con el control remoto y con el normal si puedo pero no se ve bien y lo mismo con el view ar por ejemplo a se unos días vi un proyecto que se llama a museum y me paso eso y ademas tienes que crear una cuenta para crear y párese que te pagan eso no me gusto es pero que lo resuelvan gracias

Distorting Glitch or Bug

I really used to enjoy your app, but for me, now its been made dysfunctional. Since December 21, 2020, every time I build something and save it, when I go back to open the world, my creation is distorted, and not what I originally made it to be. By distorted, I mean the blocks, and even objects either enlarge or are replaced with a brick block (for objects), or are not even there afterwards. I don’t know if the problem is being caused by a glitch or a bug, or something else, but it hasn’t been fixed even with updates. I really would still like to play Assemblr, but these problems are inhibiting my enjoyment. Can you please tell me what’s wrong and how to fix the problem. Thanks.

Import our own 3D assets

I just recently downloaded this app, for what it’s worth it’s great for a mobile 3D creator. But for those that want to import their own 3D content it would be a great addition. Example import formats STL, FBX, gITF, abc with animations & shaders.

Crashing

Add Perspective Change, Please?

Add perspective change when in the virtual playground. Like 180^ degree camera like that. That would be great. Thank you for the great app.

Working in Python for 2 weeks, I can understand how soul sucking it can be to get an app working. Especially as complex as this.

Приложение на пять звёзд

Приложение в принципе отличное, но в симпл эдитор недостаёт деталей, а физика блоков немного не продумана, потому как постройки иногда разлетаются.
Само приложение класс. Спасибо за то что создали это приложение!

Мне кажется что приложение очень крутое, но я совсем не понимаю как им пользоваться, потому что почти все надписи на английском, хотелось бы увидеть и русскую версию)

Need to log in every time

Whenever I open Assemblr app and when I open profile section, it asks for log in every time. Since my account is linked via Facebook I have already inked assemblr to it.

Too glitchy

I love thins app but it gets way too glitchy so I can’t save my creations and so I am really upset with that!

its great, works well. the resizing is still, for me, a bit funky, but still the best 3d modeller on the app store for the price.
