Checked out several apps for Teacher Evaluations. Assessa+ is the only one I was able to adjust for my district's specific needs. I was able to create my own assessments for both Formal and Informal observations using criteria from my district rubrics and input my staff list as well. This was all uploaded to my iPhone/iPad and I was ready to go! Love this app!
