Assets Mgmt App is a fully integrated solution designed to deploy and track internal products and assets at internal or customer sites, the application helps tagging RFID, tracking, Assets transfer/allotment/movement with approvals and access controls. This Application lets you see real-time updates on your dashboard,stay updated on Asset(s) current status and Asset(s) Transfer Approvals and allotment on the phone itself. It helps to maintain an Asset(s) list with details like Model,Serial Number, Vendor, Expiry Info, RFID Tag, Asset Status etc,. Assets list can be managed with various statuses like, In-Stock/Deployed to Unit/Under Repair/Retired/Disposed. It helps to track Assets with tagged RFID[Radio Frequency Identification], these are smart labels that can store a range of information from serial numbers to short description which uses radio frequency to search,identify and track Assets. It helps for Asset(s) movement to allocate/deploy/transfer an Asset from In-Stock to specific Location-Unit/Property/Region with Approvals. This App allows to create Transfer Request for an Asset which sends an email notification to an Approver which inturn can be verified to Approve or Reject this Transfer. If the Transfer has been approved then the Asset will get alloted/deployed to transfered location with Asset current location update and status update as Deployed to Unit.
