The simplicity of the app is top notch
Unable to log on!!
Up until around two weeks ago, I could successfully access the app. However, for the past two weeks, whenever I attempt to log in, I receive a "request timed out, please try again" screen message. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the problem persists.
