Assignr has completely transformed the way I manage and interact with referee assignments, and the mobile app takes it to another level.
From an assignor perspective, everything is streamlined! Game management, communication, and real-time changes are all handled effortlessly. No more spreadsheets or scattered systems. It’s all in one place, and it works.
Where the app really shines is for referees in the field. It keeps you fully connected while onsite with instant access to everything you need—assignment details, special notes, rules of competition, and even custom field maps uploaded directly by the assignor. That’s a huge differentiator. You’re not guessing where your field is or digging through emails, everything is right there, including built-in integration with Apple Maps or Google Maps for quick navigation.
After the game right from the sideline after the match, you can submit match reports, log yellow/red cards, and handle all post-game admin without ever leaving the app. Then after the game, I can even see when I get paid for the game! It’s fast, efficient, and exactly how this process should work.

Can we see our previous games on app and also fees for the games before accepting them?
The app is great! But if we have those two functions it would be even better. Can you please do that?

Love how the app works and is very easy to navigate. However it’s missing a search feature that would allow you to search certain level games, or where the game is and also where you can work.
Limited Archive Settings / Coaches and School Administrator Contact Info
Assignr app does not show previous games worked, only future games scheduled. Also, coaches and admin contact info are mixed with referee officials. There should be a tab or setting for school contact information by team. (School, JV Boys coach, Varsity Boys Coach, Athletic Coordinator, Athletic Director, etc. Looking forward to increased enhancements to Assignr app.

It is just so easy to request games. Game reports are super quick too.
The best platform out there, but still not optimal
I’ve used several assigning platforms and Assignr is by far the best that I’ve used. That said the management of recurring availability is very challenging. Once you set up recreants you can’t edit all the recurrences simultaneously. So for example, if you want to edit locations in all of your availability, you can’t do that you need to reset everything, and that requires resetting any exceptions that you’ve made in your recurring schedule.

Great app. But signs me out way toooo much. Jeez
App is slow and keeps logging me out
Majority of the time, the app signs me in and when I make any action like a scroll, if I go too fast it glitches and signs me out. There is always so much to scroll through to see what I want that this occurs often
If it doesn’t immediately glitch and sign me out, the app moves very slow and makes my tasks very difficult to accomplish

Not Great - Inaccurate Schedules
The app is rather slow and glitchy and seems to be out of sync or differs from what is on the desktop version at times, which is a HUGE problem.
