With the Standard offer, you create an anonymous account, print a QR code, and mail your spare keys in a sealed envelope with the QR code attached. Your keys are then stored anonymously at a nearby center.
What is involved in the Club Identicar Confort+ offer?
The Confort+ offer allows you to send photos of your keys via the app. These photos are used to determine manufacturing costs and timelines. Once accepted, a new key is manufactured and shipped to a secure storage center near you.
How do I get my keys back with Club Identicar?
You can request a key retrieval through the app or the hotline. You will receive a security code, and you can track the agent's arrival via geolocation. The agent will hand over your keys after verifying the security code.
Is my privacy guaranteed with Club Identicar?
