AP FSA
Had a very frustrating year with this FSA card. The requirements to make medical payments thru This FSA are too cumbersome and there were too many times when my account was frozen, forcing me to pay out of pocket for expenses. Never received the appropriate email to let me know I owed receipts for certain clamins and my account was then frozen. HSA is a much better tax deductible medical payment platform. Not at all pleased with AP FSA

Difficult to work with
Inconsistent and not easy to work with.
App is barely functional
App crashes a lot on iOS 18! Top issues: I try to enable Face ID within app - crashes. Select to view benefits chosen for current year - crashes. Select to view benefit for next year - crashes. Name and password don’t auto populate on the login page, though it’s stored and managed on iPhone. Please look into these.

This is horrible. We send the receipts providers give us and they keep asking for different receipts. Don’t waste your money or time with this program.

I love this. I can file all my claims with my phone and direct deposit. Easy peasy
