Help
I have been unable to reset my password for the last few months. My password does not work, the temporary password given by email does not work, there’s no number listed to call to get it reset, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Keep having to remove app and reload app almost daily!
Okay when it works!
Half of the time I can’t login or it doesn’t keep me logged in. It’ll load it up, does the Face ID, “logs me in”, and then right back out to the login screen. If I let it, it will loop like that forever. Never actually logging me in. Very frustrating considering it’s how I log my hours for my job! Once I’m logged in not many issues though.

Can’t even log in to start it, so how do I use it?

The app is not allowing me to sign in after the latest iOS update. Please, fix it.
Worst company and app!
I have had nothing but issues with AssuriCare and their app. The customer service is not supportive, in fact, you’re forced to use their automated system to update anything. About 75% of the time it doesn’t update and you’re left weeks without the pay you should be receiving. Most recent, they actually TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. Yes, the withdrew $150 from my bank account without prior authorization and zero explanation. Wish me luck fighting that.Their app doesn’t work half the time, so you’re unable to clock in. Then you have difficulty proving your hours. This company is a mess.

This Version is Old
This version is old and doesn’t support none. I mean NONE of the new updated version, for all our phones, like, iPhone or Samsung, per example and many others. It’s insane, thinking that, a company wouldn’t have good IT technicians to resolve this issue!!?? Seriously!!! Something is not right!!! Plus… Don’t pay attention to the good reviews. Because, the app doesn’t work and looks like someone that works for the company is written good reviews. It’s horrible and mislead people who don’t know. Don’t download… don’t waste space in your phone!

Absolutely I’m have the same experience it won’t open after update I’ve deleted and restored still nothing.

Downs work with iOS 14
Tried upgrading to iOS 14 and app crashes. Tried on five other phones with iOS 14 and same issue . Can’t use the app b/c it isn’t compatible with iOS 14

This app is a great update from the first time entry app. Very easy to use.
Bugs not squashed
I had the old app then on apr 16th 2020 I was forced to download the updated one because I got a new iPhone I work for 2 clients at the same time in 1 house hold before this new app I had no problem clocking in for both, with this new one it’s not happening 🤨😒
Unusable App
Care providers unable to login despite several password resets/attempts. Customer service is largely unhelpful. Long hold times, passed from one rep to another, etc
Amazing progress
This app is much better than the old one. I love the UI.
