Please fix the crashing upon opening app!
App works for about a day or less then it crashes when you try to open it. You then have to delete and reinstall to get to work. Going on two weeks of this now!
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work correctly, takes forever to load and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times since the last update because it won’t open
It’s broken
This app was barely working before! Now I have to uninstall and reinstall it daily just to use it. Complete garbage! On top of that, I can’t report a problem to apple because the criteria doesn’t match.
Ever since the recent update it only crashes after trying to open the app. BRING BACK DEVICES TAB
Buggy. Infinite loading, App never loads the car connected. Devs are goong backwards on progress. The app worked so well a year ago and now its constantly garbage
The app is going backwards
Please bring back the devices tab. Too many issues in the shop tab where already scanned and disconnected cars still show up as connected. This brings way too much confusion that was previously not there. Even scrolling up to update the shop tab, does not update the cars and just lists the same cars in use. This change to shop tab only was useless in my opinion and is just adding more headaches especially if you have multiple techs at the shop

I would use other diagnostic services if possible
Between issues with the useless chat function that only works sometimes, the horrendous wait times waiting on technicians, to explaining how to set up calibrations to techs, AsTech is a mess.
The wait times for just waiting on a tech for European cars is about 30-60+ minutes each scan, not including the wait time for the scan to be completed. Domestics are not as fast as advertised.
The chat functions is a mess. This is not including dealing with the technicians who aren’t as knowledgeable as they should be.
I would much rather use any other diagnostic service provider such as Autel, Bosch, or Snap-On.

App is never working correctly
been using astech connect for 2+ years now, it’s always never in working order. it’s nothing to do with the technicians, it’s just the app. the chat never works when you need it. all the updates they send out end up breaking the app. as of the last couple weeks none of my chats are clearing on the chats tab. fix your app, please.

Errors out half of the time
Wouldn’t recommend it. Use it for the company I work at. If it ever gets brought up in a meeting, I’m gonna recommend cutting service. Doesn’t function half of the time. Employees don’t know how to follow directions in the notes.

Chat Notifications
The chat functionality of this app has always been sub-par. Often, individual chat windows do not load chat history without hard resetting the app. Sometimes messages look like they send multiple times. Notifications for new messages have completely stopped. If multiple chats are ongoing, you have one open, and a separate chat is closed, a message at the bottom of the open window will say that the chat is closed and the keyboard and message field will disappear. This forces you to go back to the chat selection page and back into the chat in order that you can finish the message you were typing out. Sometimes sending a chat results in the message field clearing without sending the message and in order to have the message send, the app has to be hard reset or you have to back out into the chat selection window and back into the chat with the tech. All of this makes it a very unreliable feature to communicate with the tech.

Please Fix Chat
With this last update I cannot communicate at all with the technicians, they are able to ask me questions but I have no way to reply or let them know that chat is not working. At this point the app is pointless

Please fix app where you don’t have to enter email and password to log in each day. Used to auto log in and at some point now requires this each day and gets frustrating to take even more time now to get these scans done. Aside from this the current app is far better and quicker than the previous
