Terrible update
The update they did to this app is terrible. Not user friendly at all compared to the last. Transactions don’t show right away. Easier to overdraft with the way it’s set up.. no good..

App is pretty much worthless and website isn’t any better. Both are very confusing and hard to navigate for even the simplest of tasks. Can’t wait to pay off my car loan and never look back. Although the staff is very responsive to my questions.

Worst banking website I have ever used. Their website and mobile app don’t line up. You can’t do a lot on mobile app. I guess as a bank they couldn’t afford a quality IT team to put this together. Well, least that hillbilly got some work for the yunguns to do.

Easy to work with got a new phone. Needed help w app only took 3 minutes to fix. Thank you
Branch closed in Greenville 2 years ago. I have never had to visit another. Inc getting a loan. Great people.

Needs a update. You can’t save a contact for future needs. Or fax or email a direct deposit form. It should be a way you could see your account number and share if without going to the bank I can’t sign in it needs to be updated

Spent over 10 minutes just trying to deposit a check. Doesn’t work worth a crap. Second thing is I can’t even do a pending deposit. Have to use desktop computer to do anything but the most simple business

This app will give you the basics of your accounts. I just wish it had more of the full site options.
