Will literally hang up in your face and never send a taxi.
I called and asked for a ride, the lady that picked up hung up on me TWICE. So when I called the third time I was clearly annoyed/upset. She picked up quickly and said “I don’t know why you keep calling, I’m not sending you a ride.” At first I was just confused, but then I read other review and realized the company is just a piece of cr*p. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF ON A RUSH, OR IF YOU JUST GOT OUT OF WORK.

Ordering a cab through the app can be difficult it keeps say sorry can’t find a cab
The taxi service is ok but the app don’t work
My app just doesn’t work anymore. I have had mostly pleasant rides jut two of them were horrible. If the lady isn’t picking up the phone the guy is and when I talk to him he calls me mama but I’m a guy, and he always rushes through the call and hangs up on me.
Rude and Disrespectful Cab Service
The woman that answers the phone is rude hangs up on customers, cabs never come I wouldn’t recommend this cabs service to anybody and they won’t get another dime of my money!!!
