Season ticket holder, can’t log in to the updated app
Wow, how many software engineers does it take to fix an app??! Since the app required an update it logged me in under someone else’s name against my fan ID (the club thankfully sorted that) but now my app won’t even let me log in, even with a new digital account…. And when you go to app support it takes you to a page on the villa website which is error 404 page not found

US fan, but I'm deleting the app after leaving this review. I don't know what kind of people are in charge, but I'm not giving you my data for some lame rewards. Where’s the meat?
The app is excellent, easy to use and accessible for members. HOWEVER, it is very annoying to read a headline about a key issue (eg the Harvey Elliott non-transfer) on the web that I you can’t access without signing your soul away with cookies but find total silence on the Villa’s main fans mouthpiece!

Nothing works
Can’t usually down load tickets to apple wallet . Not easy to buy tickets either . About as useful as a chocolate fire grate

I can hardly ever download my ticket to the Apple Wallet. I have to delete and reinstall the app to fix the problem
Terrible user experience
Can’t download tickets to wallet, needs reinstalling regularly, repeated requests for log in and integration with website is dreadful. Staggeringly bad user experience for a premier league club

Every time I want to download my ticket for the game I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Just frustrating! And a few months later still the same, very poor!

Buggy and integration to AVFC site poor
The IT infrastructure needs an overhaul. The app and the ticket website don’t seem to be connected and requires multiple logins. Needs to be a seamless fan experience. For season ticket holders we have to delete and reinstall the app each game so that we can download tickets to Apple wallet - really poor. The actual features once working are good but we can’t seem to get the basics right. Villa Reward points are rarely up to date but they are of little value now anyway - just entry for prize draws and for mascot experiences - no merch options that we used to have so that’s a real downgrade. For a club our size we should do better.

Tickets NEVER download. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the App. I’ve been a Villa fan for 53 yrs and it’s disgusting! £400m turnover & the App is still.not fit for purpose!

I keep having problems logging into my application Despite using finger recognition

Trying to log into the App and it says error domain, can’t log in at this time.
Tried resetting my password and get the above error message again.
Tried deleting the App and reloading it and then it says email is already in existence.
Tried searching the app for contact details which are none existent.
Popped into the Villa shop today to speak to someone regarding the app and he said try speaking to the hospitality desk on match days, that’s the only time it’s staffed.
Pathetic Villa. What happens to our aging generation who do not possess a smart phone.

Despite being told it was fixed in version 3.8.14, I still have to delete and reinstall the app every time to download my match ticket to Apple wallet
