Fix an iPad bug for 5 stars
Love the Villa and the app is essential BUT on the iPad the app ignores screen orientation lock and only displays in portrait *unless* you go full screen (in video) and tilt to portrait and back to horizontal then it orients correctly… until you touch something and it slips back to portrait.
Seems like a bug so… bug your developers to fix it and I’ll come back and give you 5 stars. :) UTV

Frustrating and Difficult
As a Season Ticket Holder, I am always accessing the App to search for News, access Tickets, and stay aware of latest developments. I’m sad to say, the App is probably the worst example of sites, I need to access. The Navigational challenges defy logic and the lack of cross page linkage and functionality defeat me regularly. I really wish this was addressed, after years of asking!

Season ticket holder, can’t log in to the updated app
Wow, how many software engineers does it take to fix an app??! Since the app required an update it logged me in under someone else’s name against my fan ID (the club thankfully sorted that) but now my app won’t even let me log in, even with a new digital account…. And when you go to app support it takes you to a page on the villa website which is error 404 page not found

Doesn’t function well
I’ve had an account for ages-the app doesn’t recognize it nor will it allow me to reset my password. I’ve tried everything, desktop. Keep receiving error messages.
There is no contact info in order to rectify this and that aspect needs to be repaired.
It’s disappointing as my partner is a lifer and we’re a villa family.

Awful as usual
As a Villa fan of 50 plus years this app is lousy, try to avoid using it unless it’s an absolute last resort!! Tried to link fan ids ,,,no guidance!!! Even finding my own profile proved to be beyond me!! Useless garbage,,& don’t mention the dreaded ‘stick man’ when trying to book tickets outside my season ticket😡

Where’s the meat?
The app is excellent, easy to use and accessible for members. HOWEVER, it is very annoying to read a headline about a key issue (eg the Harvey Elliott non-transfer) on the web that I you can’t access without signing your soul away with cookies but find total silence on the Villa’s main fans mouthpiece!

Can’t usually down load tickets to apple wallet . Not easy to buy tickets either . About as useful as a chocolate fire grate

I can hardly ever download my ticket to the Apple Wallet. I have to delete and reinstall the app to fix the problem

Can’t download tickets to wallet, needs reinstalling regularly, repeated requests for log in and integration with website is dreadful. Staggeringly bad user experience for a premier league club

Every time I want to download my ticket for the game I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Just frustrating! And a few months later still the same, very poor!
