Doesn’t work sometimes
On several dates as of the 14th an 15th so far the app has closed down. So I’m not even sure about my balance let alone of my check went into the deposit. I am not happy.
Fix your app!!!
Constantly telling me my login isn’t working even though I know I’m using the correct user and password. Then to top it off you don’t actually send an email when trying to reset your password. This happens like every week I’m about to switch banks because of this.
Needs work
Always buggy and constantly doesn’t allow me to log in using my password or Face ID.
Hardly Works
Never lets me log in, it’s always “being worked on.” I have to try and deposit checks 3/4 times before it will actually accept it.
Easy to use
The Astra Bank app is so easy to use, plus it had lots of features. I love being able to see my statements without having to login using my computer.
