Log in issues
First. I really like this game. Second I had no problem for a year or so. Third I can’t log in at all. It will not go to log in screen. What is happening with this app?
What is even the point?
I probably don’t need to repeat what so many others are already saying, but wow - the Auto stuff is obnoxious and cannot be turned off. You can barely soak anything in because the game plays itself and might as well be an idle game. I’d say it’s almost less engaging than a handful of idle games I’ve played, in fact. You’re better off watching anime, because you’ll only be watching this game play itself and you’ll get better storytelling from a movie or a show for your time.

Customer service is horrible been trying to reach them for 2 days now about a new server that has connection issues and no response
Lost account and characters randomly
Playing nonstop for weeks , just went to log in and they nuked my account out of no where no characters nothing , all gone.
Fun game, but
You basically cannot freeze the character, it very inconvenient when I was trying to sign out of server. I stop it moving towards quest, it keeps going again, I accidentally skip dialogue, a bunch of times. It very irritating.
What kind of game is this? Very disappointed
I usually don’t write reviews but this game really has stumped me and honestly made me a little upset.........I was really looking forward to play this game and while I don't mind some auto or semi auto play....this is the worse I’ve ever played, I don’t even know what the story is about because everything is completely automated, even when you go into the menus...the game is playing without you.....
They should at least warm people before the start of the game that it plays auto for you until a certain time.....so we can make a choice to download or not.
I read in a review, that we need to get to at least lvl 230 before we are on our so called ‘own’ but I’ve been playing an hour reached lvl 100 and I’m done...all I’ve done is click claim and ok.
Looking at more reviews I am really surprised this is rated so high because a lot of people are having complaints and the devs are not really answering the complaints it’s just a standard answer.
Tutorials, if you can even call the beginning that, should not take more than 10-20 mins tops....,to get to lvl 230 would be at least 2 hours of wasted time.
If you want people to stick around don’t make a game like this....when we play games we want to feel somewhat involved not just have everything done for us....that’s the point of ‘playing’ a game.
So very disappointed that this concept would even be thought to be fun.

Unimaginative
If you like auto-play, not being able to customize your character, extremely fast leveling, then this game is for you.
I can’t believe people play games like this. You kill your first monster at lvl 57. The mage already has a high level looking staff at lvl 1 and its appearance cant change. Nothing can change.

Beautiful
All I’m gonna say is that this is the best game I’ve ever hadddd role play wise. The art style is so cute and I’m jealous !!! 4.7 stars!!
Really bad
I decided that I was gonna give this game a shot, but I was very disappointed. The game itself is very basic and boring. I got to level 30 in less then 5 minutes, and everything is auto. You don’t even get to participate in battles and npcs give unbelievable amounts of exp. The graphics aren’t all that either, and there is essentially no customization.
Really don’t recommend if you actually enjoy battle and story. It’s extremely boring and I barely even played for 10 minutes.

Disappointed
I wont let my anger for the fact that my 1 and only character, i was hopeing and planing to come back to, is not even in existence anymore be a factor. I love the game you made but its really and i mean really annoying and dissapointing when i wanna take a break and my 350+ heavily grinded character is gone and im supposed to just restart. Like i tried both my apple accounts and its nowhere. Facebook. Even the main login. Like its happened before and that bs bc i paid money and worked incredibly hard on that character. Idk how it just dissapears from the records when it should be linked somehow someway.. great game would be perfect if i hadnt lost my pride n joy i didnt expect to lose bc j thought your game wouldnt do stupid crap like that.

Player Harassment by high CP players
This review will remain 1 star i wish i can give a 0 since your customer support will not assist stating that they cannot intervene on higher-level high CP players camping on high-level boses. and killing low CP players multiple times. and targeting specific players. as customer support mentioned they cannot intervene since the games mechanics allow PvP. I have sent them multiple screenshots of these players harassing other players that actually breaks the terms and conditions of the game and should be banned. PvP is fine as long as both players are in agreement. PKing lower levels just for their own benefit and help out or other minions is uncalled for especially for the fact before they merged everyone in CS has been very respectful and leaving when someone else is in a boss.This already underlines player harassment and is unacceptable. considering that I’ve been playing this game for months now and have been paying to play it is not even enjoyable anymore to login. fix the game and I have reported this a few days ago on your facebook messenger. am in server NA4 dorden

Bad bad bad!
Do not play this game! It is all about money! The people that run this game don’t try to help you at all when you have anything to suggest or complain about after you have put your time and money into it. They will ban you if you want to be refunded. It’s literally just about the money to them. And to get stronger you have to give money... no just don’t. Just move on to another game. I strongly suggest to not get the game!
