I bought 2 programs from this app (spirit guides and lucid dreaming/sleep) and I have been listening to them for a while now, and I love them!! I use the lucid dreaming program every night because it makes me fall asleep VERY fast and I always have an amazing, vivid, dream! Otherwise It would take hours to finally get to sleep.

I did astral project
I astral projected with this app twice. I rolled out not rise up. You can’t just rely on this. I learned from Gaia TVyou need to activate the pineal gland by doing the breathing mediation, I also took iodine supplements because of fluoride the government puts in our water the limits the pineal. These things take time. So no you won’t astral project day 1. There a preparation to it. You need to eat right and to be honest it was scary lol. So good luck.

Stop smoking cigarettes!!!
Been a smoker ever since I was 14teen. I never thought I’d ever kick the habit. I’m 46yrs old now and after a couple of sessions I went cold turkey! It been the best experience so far! Downloaded intuition and chakra hypnosis!!! Amazingly excited because now I will be the great sage I’m supposed to be! This app saved my life!!! Startling Me Awake
My problem with this is that the last freaking session to EVERY version of the meditation gets THRICE AS LOUD, startling me into an anxiety attack. Thanks.

It helps you relax And fall asleep and also helps you reset your mind and reboot your energy very good
The second part is twice as loud
It completely jolts me out of comfort. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been addressed. Other than that it’s fine.
Slept perfect
I used the free track to fall asleep last night. I woke up 2 minutes before my alarm with my ear buds still in and my phone on my chest. I didn’t move at all and slept grrrreat!!!

This app is great and helps me sleep but I want a out of body experience and it’s not really helping me do that, it’s just a man with a really satisfying voice. I’ve always dreamed of flying around the world while still being in my bedroom.

Pretty dang for funky
I feel silly for having paid $3.99 for a silly circus-like narration by an over emoting hypnotist that leads rather quickly to a much louder volume ending with echo reverb to wake up refreshed with the thought that every time you see red from now on you will recall your commitment to astral projection. Then you see the store for a host of other purchase options for e.g. weight loss or a $99 lifetime access. Ha! Is there a refund possible?

Astral Projection
Although I have not been able to project with this meditation, along with Eric Brown's Past Lives meditation have managed to help me feel better and fall asleep and stay asleep every night. I listen to it each night when I go to bed five times through. These are the best meditations that I have found in the App Store!
