Easy to navigate, great music and soundscapes
As an older person I find the app easy to navigate. I do have a hard time focusing or relaxing from time to time. Really love the music in this app. My daughter downloaded too. I will recommend.

I have been feeling quite overwhelmed lately with school and other personal situation. I really love the soundscapes and focus music. This app really hits different in a good way. I’ve tried other apps but this one I will keep.

If you’re looking for a noise machine to help you sleep or meditate, please look no further! SOMNUM is it!! Somnum helps both myself and my toddler sleep! My toddler sleeps better at night whenever it is on and has him sleep without waking up throughout the night. It definitely helps promote sleep and has so many different choices of sounds to choose from!
It also helps me feel relaxed , less anxious and puts me in a nice peaceful state right before falling asleep. I absolutely love it!

The app itself is really pretty and easy to use, plus the collection of sounds that you can mix, match and edit in volume provides everything you need to set the vibe for relaxation!
A life saver for a restless mind
What truly sets this app apart is its ability create a personalize mix. I can amplify the sounds is prefer hearing the most. I've never experienced such a tailored approach to sleep. There is a time that auto shutdown the music. If you struggle with falling asleep, you need to try this app!
