AstroDocket is a fully offline astronomy observing-session log for stargazers who want a careful record of every visual observation without handing private notes to a cloud service. • Manually record observing place, start and end time, transparency, seeing, Bortle class, and sky notes • Keep profiles for telescopes, binoculars, and unaided-eye observing, with an equipment snapshot saved in each session • Log target name, object type, seen or not-seen outcome, observing duration, and notes • Never silently rewrite an original entry: corrections, voids, and restores append to a verifiable audit timeline • Search history by date, place, and target, then review deterministic facts such as sessions, targets, duration, seen rate, and frequent targets • Export readable text or RFC 4180 CSV, or create a complete checksummed JSON backup • Validate structure, checksum, and references before previewing additions and conflicts for merge or replacement Sessions, equipment, observations, and backups stay on this iPhone or iPad unless you explicitly export them. There are no accounts, location access, weather feeds, star maps, AI, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Only when you choose to send feedback does ApplyAI receive the message, optional email, selected screenshots, device attestation, and necessary diagnostics so we can reply and fix problems. AstroDocket organizes observing facts you explicitly enter. It does not identify celestial objects, forecast conditions, or replace astronomy equipment or safety judgment.
