First of all im get a free chat and the time was 3 min im asking a simple question but astrology not respond till end the time if i pay then also then are not responding west of money dont use this aap

Deleting app cause bad service

I dont like this because first chat was frer but there is no use of first free chat cause they don't reply to us and just wasted the time now im going to delete this app forever

Worst app

I received a free trial call on this app. When I connected with the Guruji, he was unable to hear me properly, so I disconnected the call within 10–20 seconds. After disconnecting, I did not get any option to rejoin the call.

When I contacted customer support, they claimed that the call had continued for 3 minutes even though I had already disconnected. If this had been a paid call, my balance would have kept getting deducted despite the technical issue. I requested a refund or compensation, but my request was denied.

Very disappointing experience. The app needs to improve its call connectivity and customer support process. I would not recommend using this app based on my experience.

Inaccurate Information and Misleading Analysis

I noticed that some of the chart analysis and information provided by the app is incorrect. Since I have some knowledge of charts, I was able to identify these mistakes. However, users who are not familiar with charts may trust the information and be misled. The app has potential but the accuracy of the analysis needs significant improvement. Please verify the data and interpretations before presenting them to users.

Horrible

They took me up for an interview, I registered, they canceled, and then rescheduled on a Saturday, they were 1.5 hrs late for the interview, i had an emergency, and called, no one picked up, I messaged, no one answered, the lady Urvashi she told me her name was tells me that “your interview is in 20 mins” lady i told you i cannot, dont come here, dont register if you are a small time astrologer as well
