Keeps cancelling my subscription
Purchased a 3 mo subscription expiring 9/2 and the app isn’t showing me my full monthly horoscope. Tells me to manage subscription in low rt corner of daily screen and there’s nothing there. Have read Susan’s horoscopes for years and now this…for a subscriber!!!! Fix it!!!
Premium horoscopes takes a week to be released
People are paying premium because they expect to receive their monthly horoscopes on the 1st. Susan always has an excuse to release it on the 7th then release it to the public on the 10th. Always an excuse. Always.

I love Susan’s horoscopes however it’s hard to apply the outlooks for the month when they come well within the 1st week of the month.

I fully understand and appreciate things happen, every month - for the past few years , the monthly overview is days late and there is usually a long excuse. This could happen once in a while- not every month. After 3 years of excuses I canceled the paid subscription- to bad because I really enjoyed the detailed daily horoscope

Great understanding of astrology even if a little vague. Applying and seeing if it actually worked for me or someone i know is fun. To get a thorough reading, too many aspects and nuances are required, so consider it fun not a prescription for life.

An aggressive ad trap
The app has become unusable with super aggressive ads that force you to play stup1d games before you can close the screen. And after 1min a new aggressive ad pops up. Unprofessional, useless and honestly disrespectful to the user. Would gladly pay a modest monthly fee (the only useful thing are the monthlies. The rest is entertainment), alas…

Too many ads
Now serves up full-page unskippable ads every 30 seconds. This makes monthly forecasts virtually unreadable. 50% of the time it is a mini game with cars that locks on the screen then crashes, and the only way around is to force close the app and relaunch. I know they want to make money, but this extreme in-your-face ads don’t make me think of buying a subscription, they make me think of uninstalling the app a never returning.

Pop up Advertisements are out of control
You can’t read your horoscope due to non-stop pop up ads. I’ve read Susan for over 20 years. I loved her monthly horoscopes and couldn’t wait to read them. I can’t be bothered now. It’s very sad.
