Review of the app

I work on this app as a Vedic astrologer and tarot reader, and overall, I really like the app. The work experience is good, and the app is quite helpful.

However, as a Vedic astrologer, I feel a few important features are missing, such as Transit, Varshphal, and other astrology-related options. Adding these features would make the app much more useful for Vedic astrologers.

I also practice Tarot, and it would be great if you could add a digital Tarot card feature. It is not always possible to carry physical Tarot cards everywhere, so having digital cards within the app would make readings much easier.

Overall, the app is good, and I really appreciate the work you are doing. I hope these features can be added in future updates.

Improve service

The call session functionality within the application needs improvement; clients often cannot hear the audio during calls, and connections are unreliable. Additionally, when customers recharge a second time, they are unable to speak with the same astrologer they previously consulted, which causes them frustration.

It is essential to create a system for *searching and following astrologers*, enabling clients to have repeat consultations with the same astrologer.

NEED UPDATES IN APPLICATION

i am working in this application things are easy and good actually. And as a astrologer its easy to ready charts through app only but as a tarot card reader its not easy to carry cards everywhere. So kindly generate digital cards in application only by which tarot card reader share cards to clients and clients choose these cards by themselves. Even this is good bcoz cards get clients directly energies and reading will more accurate . THANKYOU♥️

Regarding app issue

I am online still getting a messages about u should on ur toggle and whenever chat request and call request is coming i need to close the app then accept it and agin i need to close the app for chatting
Its very difficult sometimes as call get missed ,
One more thing kindly stop this AI generated messages in the end of chat and sometimes user missed our messages we need to refresh it continuously

Zero Performance

The app doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t ring only. All calls are missed. App performance is zero. even if some calls are connected it just doesn’t pop up the chat screen because of which my rating went low and had to leave the platform

Time waste..Money waste

I tried more than 10 times to connect with an astrologer, but I couldn't get connected even once. The call always shows "waiting for astrologer," and then the astrologer goes offline. The app constantly asks me to recharge my wallet, but what's the point when no astrologers are actually available?
The messaging feature is just as bad—it fails to connect to an astrologer every time. I already have 1000 coins in my wallet, yet the app still keeps asking me to recharge instead of providing the service I paid for.
This is one of the worst applications I have ever used. Pathetic service, poor connectivity, and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Expensive for the Response Time

I paid ₹20 per minute, so I expected quick and meaningful responses. Instead, I had to wait several minutes just for basic greetings and formalities before the actual conversation started. When you’re paying by the minute, those delays add up quickly and can easily cost ₹100+ without receiving much value.

Fraud app and Astrologer

They will tell all stories and keep on asking you to recharge, even mid discussion increase the rates, once you deny for recharge they or there work is done they will stop answering and automatically call will get disconnected
