Horrible update
Unfortunately ads are everywhere including this app after the last update. It used to be my favorite and now it’s full of ads for the free version. This doesn’t motivate me to purchase a subscription but it motivates me to delete the app. There are too many astrology resources for this experience.

The new ‘update’ has ruined the app for me! Everything is jumbled up and hard to make sense of. I’m bummed…it used to be my favorite app

I really miss the central screen to see placements and the whole chart. I also can’t see the houses in whole anymore…..
The new format sucks
It doesn’t give have the information it used to, it doesn’t even show you the house for your planets if they are 10,11 or 12 unless it click on it, the ui is hard to get around….

Latest update sucks
The app updated and everything is in Russian . I tried to convert back to the old app and the entire screen goes white. Please fix this , the new design is far less superior

i’ve used this app for many years and i’ve loved it up until the recent update. ads are crazy. just finished watching an ad and not even a minute later i get another ad? I get having to pay for no ads and i know eventually i will get the paid version but this really sucks. please fix bugs its super inconvenient.

I just wish they kept it the same like how it used to look in 2019 I miss the layout of this app. We don’t want a new version .
The old system
The new layout sucks. The customer support sucks. This was my go to app but now that you have left off some details from the old system. When I go back to the old system it gives me a white page and I have delete the whole app then rest all. Give me the old system back
Bug fixes didn't fix bugs
Since the update this app is randomly broken. Was good prior but now it seems to have more issues than before
Major Tech issues in app
I am a lifetime purchaser, because I truly enjoy your app (especially the older version) - which now is only giving me a totally white blanked out screen on both my iPhone and iPad. What happened? I can’t load into your app now at all. I tried to click on app support here, but that took me to a page saying you have a host error of some type. I pray your excellent tech guys can repair this situation soon for us so we can then enjoy your 5 star app!

Please re-adjust the app formatting
I love this app and I used to use it all the time until the recent update that changed the appearance and formatting of the application. I find that it is harder to navigate and honestly less interesting to go through daily chart readings because it’s harder to find things like the number of aspects what reading aligns with what is being displayed

Terrible app! App is clunky only works every so often the compatibility report switch users reports making it completely invalid and accurate. They prompt you to downgrade your account because of their issues with their own development systems and then won’t locate your account even after you’ve paid for a subscription, run away and use a different app. Don’t trust this. It’s written by AI. They’re not transparent about that clunky and overly negative in their interpretation. Don’t believe any of these positive reports they’ll probably AI too.

Don’t buy the membership
I paid for a lifetime subscription and gifted one to my sister. With their new app I have to contact support daily to have them “manually reinstate” it. This has been going on for weeks and it’s through an automated response. They also ask for a review so mine is - don’t waste your money to be completely aggravated.

app doesn’t work
This app used to be great and now I can’t even get into it? it’s making me input my birth data again but it can’t look up my location at all and when I click continue it says “please select a birth location or check “no birth time” when it doesn’t even give me options to select location and I already have the birth time put in.

Favorite app ruined.
this has been my favorite app for years you guys completely ruined the app, the atmosphere and the vibe of it. not only is it extra laggy now, we can’t even look at what house the signs are without having to click and watch an ad now. we shouldn’t have to click on it to read house the sign and planet is in. and the color theme, the app is no longer purple. why would i wanna look at a bright white screen???? please go back. I love this app so much i bought the tarot deck.

Great App
I love this app. I’ve had it for a few months now. I only have a few minor issues that I’m hoping will be resolved soon. 1st-The Synastry portion- it mixes up the 1st and 2nd partner, which makes it hard to full understand whom I’m reading for. 2nd when I hit save it says failed to launch . 3rd- when I hit share it says failed to launch also. Aside from those I truly love this app. Hopefully those issues will be adjusted soon.

I’ve been using Astromatrix for quite a few years and witnessed their updates. I really love the arts representing the transits/placements. The update really made me to write a review right away because of how the team spends their effort and knowledge to build this. I hope you can continue this high-quality work in the future

Old was better
Paid lifetime subscriber here. Can’t log in. Tried the new format, it’s terrible. Switched back to old view. Why change something that was easy to use and aesthetically pleasing??? Still can’t log in…….
