AstroPilot

AstroPilot is the producer's companion to the International Musicians League platform: the conversations and the to-do list behind every event, on your phone. AstroChat • Every conversation for your events: the client's thread, the musicians' room and the producers' room, each with the people who belong in it. • Photos, PDFs, voice notes and files, reactions, replies to a specific message, and read receipts. • Notifications the moment a client or musician writes, with mutes that expire on their own so nothing stays silenced by accident. AstroTasks • Your projects and tasks, grouped by section, with priorities, due dates, assignees and comments. • Tasks linked to an event, so the work for a wedding sits next to the wedding's chat. • Drag to reorder, mark done, and pick up where you left off on the desktop. AstroPilot is for producers already working with the International Musicians League. Sign in with the mobile number the League has for you; a one-time code arrives by text. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember.
