When I first bought this product, I was very happy. However, later I lost my mobile phone with this software installed. When I reinstalled this software with my newly purchased mobile phone, I was told by scanning the QR code that the number of my devices exceeded. Now I can't use its function again, which makes me feel very sad. What a pity.

Frustrating
When I first downloaded the app it worked with zero issues. Fast forward to about a year later, the app completely stopped working. It doesn’t recognize my sign in, it also won’t let me use the “forgot password” option. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it about 3 times and at least 2 of those times it helped the app to start working again but this time it wasn’t successful. Pretty disappointed because i loved using it on my zodiac notebook.

NASA Notebook broken
The NASA notebook used to work but not anymore. The Astro reality application tells you that it does not work with this product even though it used to and it tells you to click the OK button to download the correct application even though there is no OK button to press.
What happened
It worked great a few times. And I enjoyed it, but Now it doesn't work at all. Dissapointed.
Just got mine and it doesn’t work at all
Just got mine in the mail. I followed the directions and it doesn’t work at all. A little disappointed. Their website does not work work. I feel like I have been taken advantage of in the purchase.
