Worst AI and app for astrological purposes ever.
I subscribed to this app for one reason alone: its AI chat feature. Ironically, that is by far the worst part of the entire app.
The AI is completely unreliable. It ignores details you’ve explicitly provided, invents information that was never mentioned, mixes your information with someone else’s, and sometimes appears to fabricate answers altogether. The most basic expectation of an AI assistant is consistency, yet asking the exact same question twice often produces completely different answers. At that point, you have no idea whether it’s responding about you, another user, or something it simply made up.
In my case, I have provided information for only one person—myself. There are no multiple profiles or mixed identities. Despite that, the AI repeatedly loses context, contradicts itself, and fails to maintain a coherent conversation, especially for detailed astrological discussions. It is incapable of carrying forward a single long-term conversation accurately.
To make matters worse, the chat frequently crashes, loses context, and becomes unusable. The experience is frustrating from beginning to end.
The company advertises this AI as its flagship feature and the primary reason to subscribe. Based on my experience, it is the least reliable feature in the app. It simply does not perform at the standard being marketed.
I regret paying for this subscription. Unless these issues are fixed—particularly the AI’s inability to retain context, provide consistent answers, and stop fabricating information—I will be canceling my subscription and deleting the app. As it stands today, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Rs 299 Payment Done But No report generated
I made a payment to unlock report however no reports generated,

Worst service , even after paying 999/- since last 10 days , my service is not activated even after sending 10 mails & screenshot of payment

They do not deliver - Despite of writing to them
Do not buy any report from the app. The app charges money, the money will be debited, yet no report is provided EVER. Its been a week since i have been following up with perhaps someone who is deaf and dumb not to be able to read or understand the issues. There will never be a revert from them nor will they provide the report.

Daily question limit
It will be better to provide a daily limit of free questions rather than only two free question .
Worse Application
Even after buying the quarterly subscription, suddenly 1 day I got logged out and after logging again it’s showing to subscribe again.

I subscribed it for a month and set a autopay for monthly plan. But i have not received any confirmation from the application side . And it is still showing that my account is a free account which is not true.

App says that it will send OTP, but does not send to email or phone

It literally kept a plan for 3 questions in 69 rupees. It’s frustrating because in even paying charges this doesn’t tell about ongoing doshas and time period. It promised 3 questions for day in monthly plan i thought but such a cheap way to fraud.
