Wasting my time by joining for a interviewer
I tried attending the Astrotalk hiring interview three times and waited over two hours each time, but no one connected. There was no proper timing, update, or communication. This is very unprofessional anc disrespectful of candidates' time. If interview slots are given, they should be honored. The hiring process seriously needs better scheduling and coordination. Time is money, and this experience was frustrating.

Firstly, I joined the waitlist and shortly after that I received a call for an interview. However, due to a technical error from my side, I was unable to attend it. The next day, my interview was conducted, but the green indicator for the second round did not appear.
Later, I received a call for the second round, but the timeline was still showing on my end, so I assumed they would call again. After that, the waitlist option stopped being visible. I waited for some time and sent more than 10 emails, but I only received automated responses and my issue was not resolved.
Even after completing one interview round, I was unable to proceed to the second round. The interview process had a fast response, but there was no proper response to customer queries. Now, if we are expected to give interviews, how are we supposed to resolve such issues?
