Needs to change to have updated info
The icon is clear about this being events, but it doesn’t specify ASU except in a small logo on the icon. The description of the app isn’t very helpful either, just promising to “enhance” events experiences. The app does look and feel user friendly, with users being ASU students, and it is helpful that it gives additional information about events—where and who, along with what. It would be very easy to use and navigate the app, but it is not updated. Even for a free app, this is not very professional.
The app was supposed to (I assume) keep students informed about upcoming events on campus. It fails to do so, only having information on past events and none since November 2018. I’ve never heard anyone talking about the app, and it doesn’t seem very popular, but it has the potential to be really useful. The design is very clean and organized. It’s just the content that holds this app back. It could be improved even just by taking the feed from MyASU and putting that in the app instead.
