I downloaded the ASVAP and it stated I would receive 7 days of free trial but the moment I purchased it charged me $21.64. I’m requesting for a refund please as the app started glitching out once I confirmed purchase and I had to delete it and reinstall it again. And it asked for me to repurchase it again. And I still didn’t even get the full access still after being charged. I deleted the app and now I want a refund please and thank you.

Considering you benefit the same with the free version, there’s no point in buying the premium. Spent the $27.99 and the “premium features” started glitching. Pictures didn’t upload and the custom exam will repeat the same question until you quit
