Не работает за границей

Раньше работал за границе и я спокойно смог заключит договор до того как Войду в Армению . Щас это не возможно только находясь в Армении работает приложения

Оплатил страховку на авто, но после оплаты приложение вернуло ошибку 502, а полис так и не пришел. На сайте нет ни телефона, ни адреса электронной почты.
