Horrible
I used this app to study for an exam that I did not pass. This app advertises that app users who do not pass can receive a refund. When I requested a refund from Apple as the app editor advised me to do, I was denied the refund On 6/4/26, stating I would not be refunded and the decision is final.
Studying for the LCSW exam in NY
My nephew who is an LCSW recommended this app for me to study for the LCSW exam in NY. I’ve been studying for a few months now. The app is challenging and fun. There are many different categories and ways to study. If you have any any problems they respond quickly. Good luck!
Glitchy
I would have given this app 5 stars if it wasn’t for this subscription glitch. Every now and then it will tell me I’m not subscribed and tries to get me to purchase another subscription. I have to attempt to cancel my subscription before it acknowledges that I have one. It’s annoying and I’ve had to do it like 5 times. Pls fix this.

Questions not in exam format and double charged
The questions in this app are not formatted like the exam; the exam is almost all vignettes. I found another app much more helpful. This app also kept feeding me the same questions and forced me to repurchase subscription after a few days(wouldn’t work otherwise), causing my card to then be double-charged and I cannot get it to stop even though I cancelled.

Misleading
I really like the app and genuinely found it useful! I just didn’t realize what I was using was the free questions before you had to buy a subscription. Super disappointing because I was finding it so helpful but don’t have the funds to continue paying a subscription. But if you can pay this app would be super helpful!

Much Better Representation of Actual Questions
I recently took the LMSW exam for the first time (and I failed, by 20 points!!!). I had prepared for the exam for MONTHS! By the end of the exam, I was exhausted and devastated!!!! (I cried…a lot…in the parking lot…for over an hour…in my car.) After emotionally recovering, I found this app that I felt had way more closely resembling questions to the ones I saw on my exam. What I’ve found helpful so far is the cute little raccoon character guiding you through the different levels you can reach as you learn, and the sarcasm makes the learning process a little more fun.
I hope this review helps someone out there who feels like they’re struggling with preparing for this exam.

Scam, fraud
Yeah don’t use this app they are super misleading or at least when I was using this app they were and they made it seem like I was buying it for a single week they did not advertise that it is a renewing subscription and I got no notifications of this besides emails that went to my spam. Fraudulent app that will con you into a renewable subscription

Great App
I recently passed my LMSW exam using mostly this app! I found that the interface was supportive and helpful when learning or touching up on certain topics that weren’t my strongest subjects. I’ve already referred some of my friends who may find it helpful! I will also say the customer service is amazing and when I had issues they’d respond very fast.

Good then not
I used this to study and it was helpful but now that the test is over and I want to cancel my subscription. They make it very difficult to do so- they’re is no way to do that in the app. So proceed wisely

Really helpful in getting me ready for me exam. There are a ton of questions and you can even sort by category or missed answers

Study prep
It’s helpful and it a great on the go study tool but it stopped working well. When I finish a quiz and hit go over missed questions it gives me so many questions. Way more than was was missed. Sometimes hundreds and I submitted a help email and of course heard nothing back and was offered no solutions so now I can not review what I was missed. So I went from loving this to being frustrated
